The 2020 National Intangible Cultural Heritage Quyi Week opened in Ningbo

The annual National Intangible Cultural Heritage Quyi Week is a national festival of intangible cultural Heritage, which has been held twice in Tianjin and Jinan since 2018.This year's National Intangible Cultural Heritage Week is organized by the Department of Intangible Cultural Heritage and The Department of Arts under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, The Department of Culture and Tourism of Zhejiang Province, and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government with the theme of "Integrating modern life and carrying forward the values of The Times".It is also the first time that the national Intangible Cultural Heritage Week has been held in a city in the Yangtze River Delta.
Thebiggest highlight of this national Quyi Week is the realization of online coverage for the first time.To meet the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the intangible Cultural Heritage Art Week has been conducted mainly online and supplemented by offline activities to explore the establishment of a new mode for the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage art performances.For the first time, the online activity gathered 258 excellent programs and videos of all the 193 representative items of 127 national Intangible Cultural Heritage programs, with a total length of nearly 8,000 hours.Starting from Oct 6, the 258 shows will be streamed online on a special website called Guangming.com.
