On June 11, 2021, the China National Space Administration (CNA) unveiled the first batch of scientific images of the Tianwen 1 spacecraft landing on Mars at a ceremony in Beijing. The images were taken by the Zhurong spacecraft, including the panorama of the landing site, the terrain and landforms of Mars, the "China imprint" and the "patrol photo".

The release of the first scientific images marks a complete success for China's first Mars exploration mission.
